Is scanning free?

Yes. Scan anything: it's free to discover what's inside. Keeping a fighter uses one of your free daily keeps, or gems.

The scanner won't read a code

BattleMaps reads UPC and EAN barcodes and QR codes. Hold the code flat and well lit, fill the frame, and keep the phone still for a moment; it confirms a code by reading it twice.

Why does the same code always give the same fighter?

Every code has one fighter hidden in it. That's how you can hunt for rare ones, and how friends can find the same fighter.

How do I add friends and trade?

Open Exhibitions, then Friends: share My Code, or scan a friend's QR with the in-game scanner. Friends can swap fighters from the Trade button; both players confirm.

I bought gems but didn't get them

Close and reopen the game on the same account; purchases are checked with the store when it starts. If they're still missing, email us with the date of purchase.

My fighter fell in battle

Fallen fighters wait in the Graveyard (your profile, then Graveyard) until you revive them.
